In 2023, Aspen Consulting completed farm resilience plans for six farmers within the World Heritage Site and its distinctive landscape setting.
These tailored plans provided practical guidance on diversification, sustainability and long-term adaptability, helping farmers strengthen their businesses while protecting the special character of the area.
Building on this work, CCGHT has supported participating farmers through targeted funding for hedgerow planting and winter seed provision, enhancing biodiversity, improving habitat connectivity and contributing to the overall environmental resilience of the Causeway Coast area.
