Causeway Coast AONB Biodiversity Loan Case Booking Form

To apply for the Causeway Coast AONB KS2 Biodiversity Loan Case, please complete the following form.

Our Biodiversity loan case can be borrowed for a period of 2 weeks. We provide this service free of charge. The borrower must collect the loan case from the Causeway Coast & Glens Heritage Trust (CCGHT) Office, 27 Main Street Armoy BT53 8SL (Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm) and return it two weeks later.

For all bookings we operate a first come, first served policy based on the date we receive your booking form. Requests for the loan case are subject to availability. Bookings are ONLY confirmed when you receive notification from a CCGHT staff member following receipt of your completed booking form

Terms and Conditions
The loan case is available free of charge to schools, community groups and other relevant groups and organisations.

Requests for the loan case are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed after the receipt of your completed booking form.

The loan period is 2 weeks, and the borrower must collect and return the loan case to the CCGHT office, 27 Main Steet Armoy BT53 8SL within office hours unless agreed otherwise.

A named person/member of staff must be responsible for the safe keeping of the loan case and its contents during the loan period.

Please check the contents of the boxes upon pick up against the inventory included. If any objects are missing or broken, please notify us within three working days of receipt.

Loan objects must be risk assessed by the borrower and used under their supervision. We advise that they are stored safely and not left unattended. It is the responsibility of the borrower to unpack and repack the box.

The borrower will ensure that the objects in the loan case are maintained in a suitable condition for display, but no repairs, conservation or extensive cleaning may be undertaken.

The objects will be kept in a secure building in areas adequately protected against extremes of temperature, humidity, light, and vibration. Smoking, eating, and drinking close to the loan case shall be prohibited.

Please report any breakages straight away on 028 2075 2100. You may be charged for breakages or loss of items.

During the loan period the loan case should only be used for the purposes outlined on this form. If your group wish to use the contents of the loan case for any other event or purpose, please contact 028 2075 2100 for further permissions. The borrower is not entitled to lend the items to third parties.

CCGHT reserves the right to cancel any booking if the correct forms are not returned ahead of the loan period, if the loan case is unavailable due to use at a CCGHT event or is damaged or lost following loan to other parties.
