After a very successful and well attended conference on Ordnance Survey heritage in November 2023 at the Drummond Hotel, Ballykelly, a new travelling exhibition exploring local Ordnance Survey is coming to Limavady. The exhibition will run from 7th March – 29th June with the launch on 7th March 2024 at 7pm. The exhibition heritage looks at traces, sites and stories along the Lough Foyle Baseline and includes surveying objects and artist interpretation.

The exhibition was produced by volunteers from the Mapping Monuments heritage project, the Binevenagh Coastal Lowlands Landscape Partnership Scheme and Queens University Belfast through funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
