Between 19th-22nd July why not visit Whitepark Bay in the Causeway Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or Mussenden Temple in Binevenagh AONB as part of One Big Lineup for 2012.
“Inspired by the Olympics, the ethos of the games and their origins, Peace Camp is a collaboration between renowned theatre director, Deborah Warner, award-winning actress, Fiona Shaw and the creative events company Artichoke and will see the installation of 8 tent encampments strategically placed on coastal areas of outstanding natural beauty. Northern Ireland will be represented with installations at White Park Bay, Co Antrim, and Mussenden Temple in County Londonderry.
The bell-shaped tents which have been designed specifically for this initiative will glow from within, from dusk to dawn and will be accompanied by a sound-track inspired by sounds of nature and love-poetry compiled by composer Mel Mercier. (http://blog.ni2012.com/peace-camp/)
